Stainless Steel Welded Mesh Panels for use as machinery guards are a simple and effective way to protect workers from the dangers of machinery and automated equipment.  The Machinery and Guard Mesh help prevent workplace injuries caused by machinery failure or unauthorised access, all without compromising visibility. Stainless steel is the optimum solution due to its strength, corrosion resistance and durability.

Machinery guard mesh is designed to protect workers from moving parts, machinery failure and unauthorised access without compromising visibility. Common applications include conveyor systems, welding zones, electrical switchgear and hazardous material storage
We stock a range of welded panel specifications in standard size 2400mm x 1200mm, common specifications installed are a wire diameter of 4.00mm with a mesh opening of 25x25mm or 40x40mm.  Custom sizes can be manufactured upon request with a minimum order quantity.
Yes. Machinery guarding must comply with AS/NZS 4024 Safety of Machinery standards. These cover design, construction and integration of guards to reduce risk and meet compliance. Our stainless steel guard mesh panels are designed to assist you to meet these requirements. To achieve compliance, specification must consider mesh opening size to restrict human access to hazardous parts, placed at safe distance, structural performance and mounting.
Stainless steel offers superior corrosion resistance, strength and hygiene compared to mild steel or plastic guards, making it ideal for food processing, chemical plants and outdoor installations.
Our machinery guard mesh panels are available in Grade 304 and Grade 316, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability for industrial environments.
Yes. For large volumes or specific requirements, we can manufacture custom panels up to 3000mm in length and 2400mm in width.
To prevent damage during transit, all stainless steel welded panels are delivered on a non-returnable double skid.
Yes. Each product comes with a Material Test Certificate (MTC) and a technical datasheet detailing chemical composition, dimensions and specifications for quality assurance.
We have a datasheet for each product item, these include a to-scale image, specifications, dimensions and weights. These are found on the website in the far right column of the product tables. We also include a link to the relevant datasheet in all quotes, proformas and invoices.

No. We only cut across the width of the roll once. To enable speed to market, we have all specifications in pre-cut 2 m rolls in 1245mm wide and 10m rolls in widths above 1550mm, which are ready to be dispatched upon order.

On a double skid for interstate and country deliveries, no double skid is usually required for local deliveries or local pickups.
Yes, please either send or bring your mesh in for identification. If emailing a photo, please ensure it is against a ruler, so we can identify the mesh count and wire diameter.
