Stainless Steel Welded Mesh Panels are a robust and dependable solution, ideal for applications requiring high strength, corrosion resistance and lasting performance. The panels maintain their integrity under stress due to the welded intersections.
They are manufactured by resistance welding the longitudinal and transverse wires together.
We stock over 30 general purpose stainless steel welded mesh panels in standard size 2400 x 1200mm, in grade 304, 316, 316L and 2205 Duplex. Custom size panels are also available.

Mesh – The distance between two adjacent parallel wires, measured from centre to centre of the wires.
Diameter -Thickness of the wire before processing.
Welded wire mesh typically has larger openings than woven wire mesh. The wires are welded at each intersection giving the mesh strength and the capability of maintaining its integrity under stress. The popularity of welded mesh is increasing as it can be cut and formed with relative ease.
For a requirement larger than our stocked panels (2400 x 1200mm), custom made panels can be manufactured with a length up to 3000mm and width up to 2400mm. For further information on our stocked welded mesh panels refer to the product specifications tab
If you require your panels to be fabricated, we can recommend a fabricator to suit your application.
All our welded panels have edges trimmed (flush).
