358 Anti Climb Mesh also known as Security Mesh and commonly called 358 Mesh are stainless steel welded mesh panels that have been designed as a security solution for many applications that require barriers or fencing to prevent unauthorized access.
We are often asked why it is called 358 – This comes from the Imperial system measurement of;
3 inches x 0.5 inches x 8 gauge.
The design of the rectangular spacing of the horizontal and vertical wires makes it anti-scale and anti-cut security barrier.
Our 358 stainless steel welded mesh panels are manufactured with grade 316 stainless steel. The specifications are;
Mesh 75 x 13mm
Wire Diameter 4.00mm
Width x Length 1200 x 2400mm
The panel is designed to be installed upright (2400mm vertical x 1200mm horizontal)- so the mesh runs as per the photo. With the 75mm running vertically and the 13mm running horizontally.
This mesh is very strong and durable and may be used in high corrosive environments, it is low maintenance, allows visibility and has an attractive appearance.
358 Mesh may be used for a wide variety of applications requiring a high security product for fencing, including airports and airstrips, rail corridors, commercial and industrial sites, sub stations and power plants and any sites requiring prevention of unauthorised access.
